This plan is ideal for an organization with limited in-house IT support resources, or one seeking a remote support solution because it includes unlimited access to both proactive and reactive remote support.
- Professional Plan includes all the features of the Essential Plan plus on-site service as needed for PC Management and quarterly on-site maintenance for Server and Technology Management. On-site visits are scheduled for the next business day if remote support has been exhausted. Regular quarterly Network and Server maintenance provide comprehensive maintenance on servers and networking elements to keep them operational and secure.
- Premiere Plan offers all the features of our Professional Plan plus unlimited remote and unlimited on-site support. Additional benefits include priority response, discounts on labor rates for work outside the service agreement, free labor for major software or network upgrade, free anti-virus and anti-spam filtering, remote offsite backup and disaster recovery.
