Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Help desk and technical support to users
- Maintain timely and accurate helpdesk records using our ticket management system
- Proficient in English in writing and reading
- Troubleshoot hardware issues quickly and effectively (DELL, IBM and HP Desktop/Laptop/Server hardware)
- Ability to support clients using VNC, RDP and LogMe In remote control software
- Strong, hands-on, knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008, Small Business Server, and Active Directory
- Support servers running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010.
- Configure and deploy Windows XP and Windows 7 workstation environments
- Maintain antivirus and antispyware—Symantec AV. Trend Micro, Vipre, McAfee, MS Security Essentials, AVG Software
- Ability to respond quickly, competently and patiently to customer requests
- Do research when required and perform product evaluation and testing as needed.
- Perform technical documentation for the system or software we manage
- Record time spent on each task to the nearest quarter hour for each customer in a legible and non-technical fashion using current eSudo timekeeping procedures.
- Perform administrative non-billable tasks when required.
- Complete tasks and projects assigned by eSudo dispatcher, Client staff, or company principals.
- Ability to work after-hours, weekends and on-call as needed in a rotation with the other Network Engineers and Network Administrators

- Position requires ability to lift servers, workstations or equipment between 30-50 lbs
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 years minimum hands-on experience
- Current Microsoft Certified Professional: MCP or MCITP required within 90 days of hire
- Cisco, CompTIA or SonicWall certification is a plus
- Experience with the following technology are critical:
- Windows XP / 7
- Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010
- Windows Server 2003 / 2008
- Exchange 2003 / 2007 / 2010
- Windows Small Business Server 2003 / 2008 / 2011
- Symantec Backup Exec
- Acronis or StorageCraft Imaging Software
- Experience with the installation/configuration of switches, wireless routers and printers
- Experience working on Dell, HP and Apple servers, laptop and desktops
- Must have valid driver’s license and own car for use in traveling and transporting equipment
- Excellent customer & communication skills, rapid response, and decision-making capabilities are required
- Background check and pre-employment screening required
